∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Interior Design, Diploma in Architecture in Interior Architect
∎ Graduated from any recognized institute
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe illustator, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corona Render, MICROSOFT OFFICE, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Design, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to taking brief from client & team member about project requirement
∎ Need to work closely with project manager as a team member
∎ Sound Knowledge about interior & exterior materials
∎ Working closely with design teams for executing plan and visualizing the projects
∎ Presenting and explaining visuals to production unit and clients
∎ Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
∎ Working with industry-standard design tools and programs
∎ Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
∎ Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
∎ Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations
∎ Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
∎ Rendering in 3D Studio Max and post-production in Photoshop
∎ Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation
∎ Making simple but effective presentations in-house as required
∎ Have Sound Knowledge about scale & ergonomic in design
∎ Sound Knowledge about working drawing
∎ Need to visit site for checking & briefing supervisor about design details

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Good Presentation Skill
∎ Teamwork flexibility
Salary: Negotiable
