∎ Must Bachelor’s degree in architectural or interior design(Priority will be given to graduates from reputable universities)

∎ 5+ years First-class architect, with interior planner & designer (Please submit a portfolio)·
∎ Experience in designing and supervising architectural interiors of 10 projects or more·
∎ Experience in design teams of 3 or more people·
∎ Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp·
∎ Ability to use AutoCAD and MS Office without problems in work.·
∎ Experience using Revit in work·
∎ First-class architect, interior planner·
∎ LEED AP qualification (preferable)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Plan & Design, CAD Drawings, Prepare Project Estimate, Site Supervision, Provide Construction Consultation to Client & Landowner,·
∎ Develop the project's design concept, space planning, layout, and detailed drawings.·
∎ Drawing of floor plans, ceiling plans, development plans, furniture plans, equipment plans, etc. (Vector works, JWCAD, Auto CAD)·
∎ Work closely with clients and stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives, and translate these into design solutions.·
∎ Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.·
∎ Interior design (planning) work and preparation of necessary drawings and documents·
∎ Interior and Construction layout design consulting including equipment design·
∎ Source materials and products included in plans.·
∎ Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.·
∎ Planning design concept and client presentation·
∎ Coordinate with Contractors & Site engineers to resolve the Issues and Problems etc.·
∎ Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.·
∎ Strong project management·
∎ Utilize computer applications in the design process.
∎ We are looking for an experience person who can lead the entire project for Interior design work for homes (newly built apartments, renovated properties, etc.), Interior coordination work for model rooms, private residences, etc. Need consulting, planning and design work for interiors in general. Drawing using Vector WorksAs a designer on the project design team, you will be together with our team, customers to carry out tasks from their concept making to design supervision and also involved in interior coordination and design work for luxury newly built apartments and renovated properties. As a core member of the design team, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects.
