∎ At least 5 year(s)

Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary responsibility to commissioning high-end interior works.
∎ Ability to understand and extrapolate an interiors brief.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials, preparing BOQ & Specification.
∎ Keeping project record properly and maintain correspondence with vendor’s firm.
∎ Fluency must in: AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
∎ Must have requisite experience in project supervision with quality control for minimum 10 projects simultaneously.
∎ Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
∎ Responsible for project control budgeting, manpower and resource utilization and materials allocation for different projects.
∎ Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
∎ Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
∎ Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team
∎ Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, self-driven, analytical skills, hard-working and motivated.
∎ Candidates with motorbikes will get preference.
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
∎ Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and accountable to management.
∎ Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
