Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
∎ Support the design team in concept development, space planning, and 3D modeling.
∎ Help refine technical drawings and construction documents while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to incorporate their inputs into architectural plans.
∎ Contribute to presentation drawings, material boards, and client presentations using SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, or other visualization tools.
∎ Assist in project documentation, BOQ preparation, and the development of tender drawings.
