Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads.
∎ Prospect and connect with potential or existing clients through targeted cold calling and email campaigns about the product or service.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
∎ Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
∎ Take and process customer queries/complaints in an accurate manner.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
∎ Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
∎ Requirements & Skills:
∎ Basic knowledge in SaaS products, e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing
∎ Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales principles.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
∎ Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
∎ Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating CRM software.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
