Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with key customers on product performance and response to queries (Information and advisory)
∎ Assist in managing the organization's CRM systems, data collection by questionnaire, surveying, data analysis and cleaning for quality data management
∎ Apply theoretical knowledge to analyze customer data, identifying trends and patterns that can help marketing strategies
∎ Work closely with other team members, contributing to the team's efforts
