∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (preferred).

∎ Qualify and transform inquiries into potential leads.
∎ Record, update, manage, and convert leads using the CRM system.
∎ Engage with leads through online and phone communication to convert them into sales.
∎ Track daily lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
∎ Provide reports and insights on sales performance and customer interactions.
∎ Assist in improving digital sales strategies based on collected data.
∎ Job Overview
∎ As a Digital Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in managing and converting inbound queries into successful sales. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized lead database, ensuring effective communication with potential customers, and tracking sales performance. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and sales, lead management and conversion, social media communication and customer relationship management.
