Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with HR Operations & Recruitment team.
∎ Preparing files and documents of existing and new resources.
∎ Assisting in preparing official letters from the HR department.
∎ Managing important files and records of employees.
∎ Assisting in interview and on-boarding process.
∎ Assisting to create employee salary accounts.
∎ Prepare different report as required.
∎ Fulfilling responsibilities of any project assigned by the supervisor.
