Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Write, organize, and manage receipts, invoices, and other documentation related to operations.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to monitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements.
∎ Support the press department with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
∎ Assist in the Quality Control (QC) process to ensure all products meet company standards
∎ We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Press and Operations team. The intern will assist with quality control (QC), documentation, and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and process optimization.
