∎ Strong interest in project management & familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
∎ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
∎ Support the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
∎ Track project progress, ensure milestones are met, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
∎ Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
∎ Assist in the identification of project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Contribute to project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
∎ Participate in client meetings and presentations, as needed.
∎ Learn and adopt project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
∎ Take part in continuous learning and development initiatives, including formal training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern- Project Scheduler to join our well known software company, Bdtask limited. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a passion for management and a strong interest in project coordination, planning, and execution. As a trainee, you will participate in a structured training program, which includes rotations across different departments and projects, providing you with exposure to various aspects of project management.
