Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop idea, plan, setup, and implementation of LAN Networks (Internetwork Connectivity) for and through all the offices.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Dealing with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Setting up a new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good team player.
∎ Proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ An open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive.
∎ Good Communication skill both in English & Bangla
