Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Having CA Part Qualified/CA Course Completed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and audit, Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should have knowledge in audit theories, principles & practices and reporting.
∎ • Preparing a detail internal audit plan using a risk-based methodology such as IPPF, COSO and ISACA framework.
∎ • Prepare audit calendar and ensure audit accordingly.
∎ • Making/updating audit manuals, policies and other guidelines from time to time as desired by the management for the purpose of internal audit and thus to establish an effective internal control within the organization.
∎ • Conducting financial, operational or compliance audit using a risk-based methodology.
∎ • Prepare and present audit reports and guide practical improvement action that refllect audit's results, ensure subsequent follow-up as well to confirm the implementation of the audit findings.
∎ • Performing follow-up reviews to assess the adequacy of management actions in response to audit observations.
∎ • Documenting audit findings and audit recommendations through written memos or audit reports that help to mitigate risk.
∎ • Supervise audit teammates to ensure effective internal audit operation and focus on their regular skill & professional development.
∎ • Visit the site offices and even stay for the purpose of auditing.
∎ • Raise a flag to the concerned department and management as well if any observation negatively impacts the organization's cost, efficiency and reputation.
∎ • Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft and waste of resource and recommends controls to prevent or detect such occurrences.
∎ • Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy of financial recording and compliance with applicable accounting standards, company' policies & procedures and internal controls.
∎ • Confirming compliance with policies, laws, rules and regulations directed by the regulatory bodies (RJSC, NBR, BSEC, DSE & CSE etc.) as well as with company's internal polices and procedures that support company's mission, vision, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
∎ • Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years as Auditor/Internal Auditor in a reputed Construction/Manufacturing Company
