∎ Education:
∎ A Level, Bachelor/Honors/HSC/ BBA/ Bachelor/Honors background necessary.
∎ Under graduation enrolled fresher with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

∎ Experience: 2 to 5 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ BPO, Call Center.

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Fluent in ENGLISH is a MUST.
∎ Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Vendor Manager, or similar role.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
∎ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
∎ Professional attitude and appearance.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls.Customers support.
∎ Maintaining customers records.
∎ Playing a role in new business development and hold responsibility for effectively managing clients.
∎ Primary day-to-day contact with clients.
∎ Finding new business opportunity.Manage and maintain campaigns.
∎ Write project and creative briefs and effectively communicate to teams.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
∎ Properly doing the sales given by the supervisor/higher management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.
∎ Meeting targets and KPIs.
∎ Following call center procedures and policies.Providing feedback.
∎ Staying updated on products and policies.
∎ Problem resolution.Multitasking and handling stress.Candidate must be working under one year Contract.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular communication.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
