∎ Proven track record in international client outreach, business development, or sales, preferably in a B2B or client-facing role.
∎ Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
∎ Results-driven with experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
∎ Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and email outreach platforms to generate and manage leads.
∎ Strong understanding of international market dynamics and the ability to adapt sales tactics for different regions and cultures.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
∎ Highly organized and able to manage multiple time-sensitive outreach initiatives.
∎ Ability to independently manage a large volume of leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ International Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify high-potential clients across various global markets using a variety of outreach techniques such as cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry-specific databases. Prioritize and strategize outreach to convert prospects into long-term clients.
∎ Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring seamless communication, contract finalization, and a positive start to the partnership. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Sales Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient conversion of leads. Regularly report on outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and pipeline health, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
∎ Cultural Sensitivity & Custom Outreach Strategy: Tailor outreach strategies to respect and align with cultural differences, understanding local business norms and communication preferences to engage clients more effectively.
∎ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, account management, and product teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service delivery. Provide actionable insights to improve client engagement and retention strategies across international markets.
∎ Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with global industry trends, competitive landscapes, and local market conditions. Use these insights to refine outreach strategies and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Client Retention & Upselling Opportunities: Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services, increasing customer lifetime value while ensuring high levels of client retention.
∎ CRM & Outreach Tools Management: Leverage CRM systems and outreach tools to track, manage, and optimize client interactions and follow-ups. Ensure all client data is accurately maintained and easily accessible for team collaboration.
∎ Rankupper is a digital marketing agency located in Lalmatia, Dhaka. A few International Client Outreach Executives are needed for our Customer Outreach/ CS Team. Client support will fall under the purview of the chosen applicant. For our projects, we are seeking both seasoned and inexperienced telemarketers who speak English well.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
