Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing proper guest support via phone·
∎ Take and place orders according to customer demands·
∎ Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform·
∎ Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers·
∎ Handle customer complaints and assist them properly·
∎ Fully monitor and understand each order Up-sell additional items if asked.
∎ Job Context: Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “International Customer Service Specialist” to support one of its international clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large International company.
