∎ As an International Relations Officer, you`ll be at the forefront of our global efforts, working with partners, clients, and collaborators in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Your job is crucial for building international relationships and making sure communication flows smoothly across borders, while also contributing to our HR initiatives that power our organization`s growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ International Team Leadership: Provide expert leadership to the International team.
∎ Effective Communication: Establish clear communication with international colleagues & use persuasive skills for mutual goals.
∎ Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate across departments (sales, marketing, operations).
∎ Strategic Planning & Decision Making: Develop and implement strategic plans & make instant decisions to resolve issues.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate the International team's performance. Provide feedback and support for improvement.
∎ Global HR Coordination: Collaborate with the international HR team in Europe.
∎ Smooth Onboarding: Create welcoming programs for new international hires.
∎ Tech Upkeep: Stay current with HR tech for streamlined processes.
∎ Pressure Player: Handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
∎ We are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively in spoken English at the professional level.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ We welcome negotiation for candidates with the skills and proficiency we seek!

∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
