∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Fresh graduates from the universities. A study background in Social Science development studies, law, economics, finance, public administration, gender studies, environmental studies, or international relations has proven to be the most advantageous.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good writing and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Fundamental knowledge of MS-word, MS-excel and MS-power point.
∎ Understanding of principles of social democracy
∎ Enhanced knowledge of at least any one of the prime areas of activity of FES: Labour relations; Gender justice; Economic policy, Geopolitics, Climate justice
