Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and control inventory of garments accessories raw materials.
∎ Ensure accurate stock levels by monitoring demand, forecasting requirements, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
∎ Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, utilizing inventory management systems.
∎ Monitor and track stock movements, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items and taking appropriate actions.
∎ Strongly Follow up with Procurement Department of Pending Requisition, daily/monthly report of consumption, re-order level maintain
∎ Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure materials meet quality standards.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, external stakeholders
∎ Generate regular inventory reports and provide insights for optimizing inventory processes and reducing costs.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory requirements with overall business objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as an inventory controller or similar role, preferably in the Labels Industry
∎ Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with garment accessories and their production requirements.
∎ Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
