Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Department independently with desired quality.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets
∎ Quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance
∎ Monitor the quality system and improve the knowledge and skill of the team
∎ Must be following up day to day work target
∎ Capable to handle the entire finishing system
∎ To give solution to apprehended problem during bulk operation
∎ To be able to handle any new challenge.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of handling different packing instructions of buyers and well experienced in team wise packing
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production and shipment as well
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of production as well as work environment
∎ Take preventive and corrective actions to avoid nonconformity products
∎ To study and follow-up production capacity and efficiency
∎ To analyze and study the style
∎ To help and motivate workers to achieve daily production target
∎ Design layout of finishing line to achieve maximum efficiency using most appropriate method/tools
∎ Perform capacity study, method study, motion study, operation costing and skill tests of workers
∎ Minimize wastage and increase productivity and optimum utilization of man, machine and materials
∎ Implement and follow up SOP
∎ Ensure all requirements of QMS and technical compliance
∎ Ensure all requirements of social compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience of Woven and Knit.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Good machinery knowledge.
∎ Good understanding of manufacturing process in garment field
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
∎ Must have basic computer skills and comfortable with mobile emailing.
