∎ Must have a Diploma in CSE/ B.Sc in CSE in academic background.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Networking/MS Office.
∎ Good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an IT Assistant for our Head Office of Rising Group.To support day to day the staffs for Desktop, Laptop & Printer, Wi-Fi & E-mail functioning, etc.
∎ Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems.
∎ To assist in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Good knowledge of Hardware, Networking devices, IP Phones, Access Control & Mobile devices, and MS Office.
∎ Solid knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN, cabling, subnetting, and IP networking.
∎ Network printer configuration, installation, troubleshooting Perform any other work as assigned by the Seniors & Management.
