Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CS/ CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE from any recognized institution.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Higher priority base support for Insurance ERP Software users within the Company to run business smoothly.
∎ Ensure user supports at Head Office and Branches.
∎ Troubleshoots the problem of IT devices.
∎ Create domain user and deploy access policy.
∎ Monitoring MIkrotik & CISCO router, CISCO ASA & Fortigate Firewall, NAS.
∎ Monitoring Servers (Dell, CISCO, HP) and its services.
∎ Monitoring all IT services of the Company and ensure healthy network.
∎ Install and configue OS, AV Server, Message Server, File Server, Wifi router.
∎ Monitoring 30 Branch offices data connectivity with Head office.
∎ Manage and nagotiate vendors to keep stable IT service for the Company.
∎ Any other IT related tasks given by the Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 5 years of experience in IT support/ System Support/ Network Support.
∎ Should have good experience on Microsoft OS.
∎ Hands on experience in TCP/IP, LAN, Switch, Router, Network Storage, CCTV and Access Control.
∎ Strong knowledge on SQL Database.
∎ Able to install & configure Windows server, DNS, ADDS and GPO.
∎ Create & assign domain user also assign user policy.
∎ Have good troubleshooting knowledge on Desktop, Laptop, Printers and others IT devices.
∎ Application development capability treat as an advantage.
∎ Good problem solving ability.
∎ Good Communication skills in both Bangla & English.
