∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a travel agency.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in visa processing and maintain applicant documentation
∎ Create and publish job circulars for recruitment purposes
∎ Perform accurate and timely data entry in various formats
∎ Manage and organize files using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Browse and extract information from the internet as needed
∎ Design promotional and recruitment materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
∎ Maintain and update company websites or social media if required
∎ Set up and troubleshoot technical devices (WiFi, Printers, Computers, etc.)
∎ Support the overall IT operations and administrative tasks of the office.
