∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Must be capable of working under pressure and in emergency situations, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for users.
∎ Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
∎ Respond to IT support requests via email, phone, or in-person.
∎ Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
∎ Provide end-user support by managing and resolving user-generated IT service tickets.
∎ Perform network troubleshooting and support for LAN, WAN, and wireless connectivity issues. (must know crimping)
∎ Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
∎ Set up and support network-connected devices such as printers and scanners.
∎ Maintain the inventory of hardware and software.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for these accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
∎ Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with business needs.
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ To communicate with multiple ISPs for uninterrupted network connectivity & to maintain documentation work.
∎ Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
