Job Context:
∎ We are looking for IT Executive of our Spinning based composite Mills a sister concern of Rising Group.
∎ Job Location: Nayadingi (Dhaka-Aricha highway), Saturia, Manikganj, (7/8 km from Dhamrai).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll Management Systems Full Operations.
∎ To prepare salary sheet & maintain record of recruitment, drop out, attendance summary.
∎ Troubleshooting, Installing, configuring, maintenance and provide extensive support to computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, OS, Network systems, Printers, IP Phones, Wifi Router, Face Detection Machine/Attendance Machine and other IT appliances.
∎ Configuring Mail client for PC and Mobile {exchange/POP/IMAP} and troubleshooting
∎ Monitor CCTV, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking equipment and troubleshooting
∎ Monitoring & trouble shooting of PABX, IP Camera, video conferencing equipment.
∎ Record keeping of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Respond immediate to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
∎ Access control Internet / Intranet Connectivity across various locations over Mikrotik Router.
∎ Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
∎ Any problem of software issues such as Microsoft office, Adobe Photoshop, Auto cad, Adobe Illustrator and others resolves this issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have experienced in the Spinning/Textile/Garments Mills industry.
∎ Efficient knowledge in computer program.
∎ The applicant must be energetic & enthusiastic.
