Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in computer science and related fields
∎ Preferred Certifications- CCNA Security, MCSA in Windows server 2016 or higher, MCSA in Office 365, RHCSA, RHCE, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, PMP/Prince 2
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CISA,CCNA,PMP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Head
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration of corporate IT infrastructure, including firewalls, network switches, physical and virtual servers, and network storage devices.
∎ Managing a 20 persons IT team with proper communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
∎ Conduct regular server maintenance including installation of critical updates and security patches.
∎ Able to work on different types of internal servers such as DHCP Server, LDAP Server, Gateway PCS Cluster Servers, Proxmox server for virtual environment, Proxy server, Owncloud Server, Trac server for IT help desk, Gogit server for local repository, Web server & FTP server, Glusterfs server for backup storage, Zenoss servers for monitoring all servers and chronograph server,KMS server, Openfire, Access Control Server, Nessus server, Graylog server etc.
∎ Manage change management systems, new server configuration, log management services, DLP.
∎ Working on Digital Ocean and AWS Management console for various purposes like proxy server related issues, disk space increasing, taken volume snapshot, checked & monitor log files etc.
∎ Responsible for analyzing incident trends, identifying repeat incidents, and determining where the application of problem-solving efforts will reap the biggest benefits for the organization.
∎ Write and maintain organizational policies and standards related to information management and technology usage.
∎ Develop and maintain metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation of IT
∎ to improve and mature the security posture within the organization, along with the reporting of KPIs and KRIs.
∎ Develop a vendor management system and procurement system and successfully manage vendor relationships.
∎ Perform data backups, suggest improvements to backup and retention strategy and work with key personnel to develop comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
∎ Liaising with different teams to understand their IT needs and act accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on IT department operation having at least 20 members in team
∎ Good command over information and security
∎ Very good knowledge about leading IT and infrastructure auditing
∎ Policy and process development
∎ IT threat analysis, foresight and reporting
Salary: Negotiable
