Educational Requirements:
∎ Advanced degree (Master's Level) or specialized training in a relevant field (Computer Science and Engineering/Information technology & Management/ Website development)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In a regular basis on information technology related issues, event, problem solving and day to day management.
∎ To build DASCOH teams inhouse capacity and competency on information technology management system according to standards and protocols.
∎ To provide remote technical support in emergent scenarios as necessitated to the field office and team on IT issues.
∎ To develop an art of excellence website that will present DASCOH’s profound history, experience and ongoing success and will establish as a communication tool with donor and stakeholders.
∎ Will develop a comprehensive job application system and functional organizational email and maintain the regular work.
∎ Will be responsible for creating e library, organizing and archiving all resources, creating user interphase and smooth functionality.
∎ Will be responsible for managing the physical server, database, e-library and others archives of the organization and digitalization.
∎ Will manage the background work and arrangement behind the website and other information technological issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience related to requirement (Website development and management, database development (Linux-Oracle), archiving, including use of web-enabled platforms (webpage dashboards) and experience in statistical analysis tools, like SPSS, STATA, R, etc. will be given extra preference but not mandatory.
∎ Prior experience with managing website, data sets documentation or archiving from development organizations or NGOs working in the thematic areas of health, WaSH, disaster management and familiarity with the context of rural Bangladesh is preferable and will be considered as an asset.
∎ Good in English communication.
∎ Competent and dedicated staff that can be reached for feedback.
∎ Excellent communication and analytic writing skills.
∎ Field visit required..
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
