Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE/ CS from any reputed university with relevant experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Group of Companies, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Maintenance and Management of CCTV, Attendances & Access control Device and other IT equipment
∎ Maintaining IP/PBX and Call Centre Solution with support whenever required.
∎ Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
∎ Troubleshooting of MikroTik Routers, Cisco Switch, and Firewalls.
∎ Supporting the roll-out of new Healthcare ERP Software.
∎ Prioritizing and managing many open issues at a time;
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues and other professionals, such as Doctors;
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ The smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
∎ Close liaison with the Head Office and External Vendors.
∎ Managing ICT infrastructures and Software of a Branch independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work independently to provide all ICT related support to a Branch.
∎ Should have strong knowledge over Networking and ICT Hardware troubleshooting,
∎ Should have strong knowledge over Database Server configuration and management.
∎ Must have good knowledge of technical application and a good understanding of operating systems and applications software.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Active Directory management and group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Able to learn new technologies in short time.
