∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Proficiency in configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ In-depth knowledge of internet networking, switch/router configuration, and cabling.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Outlook Mail Server monitoring and maintenance.
∎ Hands-on experience with MikroTik Router.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
∎ Familiarity with printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Expertise in executing information security assessments.
∎ Knowledge of daily-use applications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide timely support for system and application problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop, Network Printers, IP Phone, Attendance device, Mikrotik Router, CC Camera and other IT equipment.
∎ Monitor Ip camera & network performance and security to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and.
∎ Perform routine maintenance of servers, storage systems and other IT assets.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Outlook Mail Server.
∎ Ensuring expertise in daily-use applications.
∎ Collaborating with the IT team to execute and deliver information security assessments.
∎ Assisting in any other tasks assigned by management.
