Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices including printers, scanners, and network devices.
∎ Set up and maintain CCTV systems and fire alarm systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users, both inside and outside the office, addressing any hardware, software, or network-related issues.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including the repair or replacement of damaged components.
∎ Support end-users in resolving technical challenges and providing training where necessary.
∎ Assist in the installation and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and other related equipment.
∎ Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless connectivity.
∎ Respond promptly to service issues, system outages, or emergencies to minimize disruptions.
∎ Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and other IT resources, ensuring timely procurement and availability of necessary components.
∎ Track IT equipment distribution and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

This role involves both in-office and field support, requiring a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
