Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc).
∎ Certification in Japanese & Korean language teaching (e.g., Japanese, Korean Language Training Program or equivalent) is highly desirable.

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Japanese & Korean Language, Language skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Adaptable, smart and well behaved.
∎ Please do not apply if you can't speak Japanese & Korean.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a full-time job. Good Korean & Japanese speaking knowledge is required as the officer have to work with Korean & Japanese management.
∎ Translate word to word from Japanese & Korean to Bangladeshi worker/officer.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day communication translation between Japanese & Korean personnel & Local Personnel.
∎ Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor.
∎ Responsible for translating the documents (SOP), Japanese & Korean to English/Bengali.
∎ Explain production related works assigned by Japanese & Korean Personnel to Bangladeshi worker and officer.
∎ Feedback and report on time regarding different issues.
∎ Translate office meeting issue to both Japanese & Korean Personnel and Bangladeshi Officers.
∎ Assist production and other related works with Japanese & Korean Personnel.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
