Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and skilled Japanese to Bengali and English language Interpreter to join our dynamic and diverse team to contribute to our company`s growth.
∎ As an Interpreter, you will play a supportive role in facilitating communication between Japanese-speaking employees, clients, and partners and Bengali and English-speaking counterparts. Your proficiency in both English and Japanese languages and your ability to convey information accurately and effectively will be essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide accurate & real-time interpretation services between Japanese and Bengali and English during meetings, conferences, interviews, and other business or social events, ensuring that all parties understand the discussions.
∎ Accurately translate written documents, e-mails, and other materials from Japanese to Bengali/English and vice versa, maintaining the original context and meaning.
∎ Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge any cultural gaps that may arise in communication between Japanese and Bengali/English speaking individuals.
∎ Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other interpreters to ensure clear, concise & seamless communication and understanding between Japanese and Bengali/English speaking teams.
∎ Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and business trends in Japanese and Bengali/English languages.
∎ Adapt to challenging situations, such as technical terminology or fast-paced conversations, and provide effective support.
∎ Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
∎ Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Fluency in Japanese, Bengali ad English languages, both written and spoken, is essential.
∎ Proven experience as a language interpreter, preferably in Readymade Garments, Textiles, or multinational organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
∎ Flexibility to work in different time zones or travel as needed.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
