Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সক্রিয়ভাবে সম্পত্তি / সম্পদের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন ধরনের রেজিস্টার রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও আপডেট রাখুন (মালপত্র প্রবেশ/আউট, গার্ডের ডিউটি রোস্টার, যানবাহন ইন/আউট, অফিসার ইন/আউট, ভিজিটর ইত্যাদি) সব ধরনের যানবাহনের যথাযথ চেকিং নিশ্চিত করুন।
∎ উর্ধ্বতনদের কাছে সমস্ত ঘটনা সঠিকভাবে রিপোর্ট করা।
∎ অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সেনা/সশস্ত্র বাহিনী বা বিজিবি/আনসার ভিডিপি বাহিনীর সদস্যদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল প্রকার মালামাল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে সর্বদা দৃষ্টি রাখা।ডিউটি শুরু হওয়ার 15 মিনিট আগে কর্মস্থলে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
∎ ডিউটি অবস্থায় ঘুমানো যাবে না এবং মোবাইল ব্যবহার কিংবা গেইম খেলা যাবে না।দায়িত্বরতঅবস্থায়অফিসিয়ালড্রেস/ইউনিফর্মপরিধানকরতেহবে।
