Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Message and Comment Response (Within an hour)
∎ Job List Creation
∎ Job Board Audit: Auditing job board and removing irrelevant jobs.
∎ Job Promotion: Promote jobs on Facebook groups.
∎ Assign jobs for others to promote
∎ Log business data.
∎ Work Shifts: There are two 7-hour work shifts. 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm. However, only the 3pm to 10pm shift is available right now.
∎ Work Volume: There are about 4 hours of work in each shift.
∎ Off Days: Each admin is entitled to one off day per week. However, this must be coordinated with their colleague, as the admin will need to cover an 11-hour shift on the day off.
∎ About Us: Teachers Today is a registered business that operates as a tutor-matching service. We have a network of over 24,000 tutors. So far, we’ve matched 700+ students with qualified tutors.

∎ Job Responsibilities
