∎ Bachelor’s or Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, or Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
∎ Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally; QuickBooks Online is a plus
∎ Experience working collaboratively with teams using project management tools
∎ Strong skills in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet programs
∎ Willingness to work during Bangladesh nighttime hours

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily accounting operations and generate financial reports
∎ Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable
∎ Operate QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Zoho applications
∎ Prepare and analyze financial and payroll reports
∎ Organize client records
∎ Prepare income & expenditure statements
∎ Maintain a fixed asset register
∎ Create monthly budgets and compare them to actual results
∎ Create tools (worksheets, job aids, training material) to aid in future work and processes
∎ Guide and collaborate with junior team members
∎ Research and oversee testing of Quickbooks online features, workflows and 3rd party applicationsIdeal Mindset
