Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage data entry as part of bookkeeping
∎ Operate QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Zoho applications
∎ Prepare and analyze financial and payroll reports
∎ Organize client records
∎ Assist in creating tools (worksheets, job aids, training material) to aid in future work and processes
∎ Monitor and manage client email communication
∎ Perform tests and proof of concepts of Quickbooks online features and app integration
∎ Write reports and assist with company documentationIdeal Mindset
