∎ Follow-up Service: Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
∎ Manage online customer queries.
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patient & impose technology where it's needed the most, the entire Healthcare eco-system of Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a Call Centre Jr. Executive to join our team. We would prefer a candidate with previous experience in the relevant area. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services while also gathering comments and notifying the customers for follow-up. Additionally, guarantee that all the other orders are fulfilled
∎ Responsibilities:
