Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection, Credit Recovery
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare Service /utility Invoice and submit to customer.
∎ To maintain excel sheet for collection & dues.
∎ To communicate with project supervisor regarding outstanding information.
∎ To be responsible for regular receivable follow-up.
∎ To submit weekly and monthly collection status.
∎ Undertake regular and frequent calls, project visits, and follow-ups with the default customers to implement remedial strategies and action plans for credit recovery.
∎ To follow up regularly to all overdue customers payment commitment.
∎ To make dues collection from customer and also deposit to bank.
∎ Maintain liaison with accounts and audit department.
∎ Any other task given by head of department & top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
∎ The applicant should have experience in credit recovery related jobs in any business.
Salary: Negotiable
