∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Well conversant in MS office especially in MS word/Excel.
∎ Outstanding organizational and skills.

∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Hiring Manager to Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
∎ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
∎ Assist Hiring Manager to manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
∎ Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
∎ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
∎ Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
∎ Assist Hiring Manager to negotiate salary, benefits, and joining dates with selected candidates.
∎ Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
∎ Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
