∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Candidates should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Adequate computer literacy.
∎ Must be Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges for working under pressure.
∎ Outstanding analytical abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Dyeing & Spinning Unit - HR.
∎ To assist the functional Head of HR & Admin / Superior Authority.
∎ Weekly frequent visit of factory and report on the overall situation.
∎ To maintain Personnel Files, Office Files, Deeds, Documents etc. in appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare a complete employee database containing all necessary information.
∎ Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees.
∎ Ensuring a smooth relationship between management and staff & workers.
∎ Maintaining Employees' Code of Conduct, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
