∎ We are looking for goal driven personalities who are quick learners, tech savvy, smart enough to handle queries as well as push themselves to create value in the existing ecosystem. The role will directly assist the operations planning and helping in execution during pre-post acquisition phase as well as indirectly contribute to product management, service innovation & expansion, value creation and life cycle management. The recruit should have solid command over communications and task management.
∎ Tejgaon, Dhaka Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly managing field operations team in planning and fulfillment of their assigned tasks
∎ Engage with enterprise clients to understand their requirement and help them to achieve targeted KPI
∎ Managing SLA in operations and client support for fast and effective results
∎ Managing central portal for operations visibility
∎ Ensuring the documentations are properly done before activating any service
∎ Support internal sales team and distributors for faster turn out in operations
∎ Actively attending external client/distributor/business meetings as required
∎ Streamlining assist in post-acquisition training and activation process for the customers
∎ Actively manage support center & customer experience, feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Around 1 year. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Operations, Client support & management, team management.
Salary:
∎ Industry-standard competitive package (12+1) ranging between 234,000 – 260,000 BDT / Per Annum
