Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical preferably from any reputed private or public universities. Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying customer needs and requirements and establishing present and future requirements to meet their demand on time.
∎ Quotation preparation and submit to the client (Local & Foreign)
∎ Follow up the clients for submitted quotations.
∎ Assisting in ordering & inventory process.
∎ Invoice & Dispatch making, monitoring and register update.
∎ Inventory Management and being updated regarding inventory.
∎ Update prospective customer database list.
∎ Instant spares support to customer.
∎ ERP Software maintaining.
∎ Generating enquiries through phone calls, email and visit prospective customers.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and always prompt to response against any query of clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' professional experience in the related field is highly preferable.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Proficient in standard office programs; Word, Excel, Outlook
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Flexible and willing to work under pressure
∎ Must have good command of English in writing, speaking & listening
