Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
∎ Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
∎ Manage customer accounts, including data entry, account maintenance, and updating customer information
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
∎ Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
∎ Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
∎ Organize and maintain sales files, databases, and other records
∎ Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals by providing administrative assistance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Assistant or similar role
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
