Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Understanding various technologies and network infrastructure.
∎ 2. Having knowledge regarding networking field with hands on experience in Routing, Switching, OLT, Onu management.
∎ 3. Strong understanding and technical expertise in IP networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and QoS.
∎ 4. Having good hands on experience Mikrotik Routers, Cisco & Huawei Switches.
∎ 5. Proficient in troubleshooting Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking, MPLS VPNs, and related services.
∎ 6. Ensuring required support for clients and maintaining regular contact with them to meet support needs.
∎ 7. Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
∎ 8. Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP.
