Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Hardware, OS (Linux,
∎ Windows) and application software.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving
∎ hardware or software faults
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ Support the roll-out of new applications
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
∎ Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and
∎ other professionals, such as software developers
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Support to all users for network, internet and Desktop PC, Laptop,
∎ printer, scanner and others IT devices.
∎ Should have good knowledge on CCTV system including HD camera, IP camera, DVR, NVR.
∎ Responsible for Planning, Design and setup and Troubleshooting of a new LAN and Internet
∎ Installing, Monitor and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Face,
∎ Finger, Card) and Door Access Control.
∎ Manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report.
∎ Visiting to all factories/branches for any support when necessary.
∎ Basic concept on Database and ERP software.
∎ Test and evaluate new technology
