∎ Must be proficient in computer applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Prior experience in call centers or customer service roles is preferred.
∎ Ability to analyze data and create simple reports.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Must be dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
∎ Comfortable with both desk work and occasional field visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound and inbound phone calls to farmers, agents, and customers to gather insights, provide support, and maintain relationships.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases and marketing spreadsheets regularly.
∎ Analyze basic data from field inputs and present findings or summaries to the management.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and farmers to ensure satisfaction and track market feedback.
∎ Collect real-time market information (pricing, competitor activity, product feedback) and prepare structured reports.
∎ Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
∎ Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
∎ Perform any additional duties assigned by the department or management.
∎ Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a young, energetic, and self-motivated Jr. Officer – Marketing Affairs to support our dynamic marketing team. This position requires strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will be directly involved in field communication, data handling, customer support, and marketing coordination tasks that drive business insights and customer engagement.
