Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
∎ Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
∎ Maintain records of visitor logs and call logs.
∎ Schedule and confirm meetings for management and relevant departments.
∎ Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintain and update front desk records and official databases.
∎ Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
∎ Monitor and control access to office premises, following security protocols.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and visitor guidelines.
∎ Experience in handling corporate visitors and executives.
∎ Prior experience in hospitality or administrative support.
