∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM, Management, or any relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities.
∎ Ensure employee records and practices are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process.
∎ Assist in handling grievances and resolving workplace issues diplomatically.
∎ Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks.
∎ Schedule interviews, prepare assessments, and coordinate with other interview related formality.
∎ Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications.
∎ Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives.
∎ Support internal communication and company culture development.
∎ Assist in exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
