Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM.
∎ Preferably PGDHRM/PGD in Compliance (BIM).

∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA-2006 & BLR-2015.
∎ Learning attitude, Team bound and proactive.
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Have knowledge on computer application.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Bangladesh Labor Law. Preparing clear and concise compliance reports.
∎ Monitor compliance certification BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, INDITEX, ACCORD & Alliance etc. and handle their different audits with requirements.
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house checklist.
∎ Conduct in house training for all employees on OH&S, EMS, Fire Safety, Grievance etc. as advised by factory management.
∎ Prepare & ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per buyers' requirement. Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Cooperate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance inspection follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
