Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate everyday available stock with color ratio, and collect order from sales team/dealer, verify and process the order in SAP by following deadline.
∎ Monthly distributor performance report of the assigned territory.
∎ Daily sales and payment collection report submission to management at EOD.
∎ Daily product allocation and communication with sales team for next day.
∎ Prepare and share allocation vs. lifting variance report to sales Team.
∎ Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales performance report of the assigned territory.
∎ Target and achievement status report to sales team and dealers
∎ Communicate with warehouse to ensure timely product delivery to dealer.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office specially with MS Excel.
∎ Experience of working in SAP will be an advantage.
∎ Analytical and reporting skill.
∎ Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Ability to handle extreme pressure and stress, as well as ready to work for extended hours.
∎ Quick learner, disciplined and well-mannered.
Salary: Negotiable
