∎ Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the manufacturing sector
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail and ERP Software.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up daily Compliance related activities as organization demand and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Follow up the activities of production floor & outside area of factory premises from the ground of compliance.
∎ Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and policies for Social Compliance Audit.
∎ Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
∎ Prepare compliance-related reports for management review.
∎ Handle external inspections and audits in collaboration with relevant authorities.
∎ Provide training and awareness sessions to employees regarding compliance issues.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management.
